    Celebrate in true Black Horse style; with a proper knees-up surrounded by your favourite people.

    Whether it’s a late lunch with the family or you’re dressing up for dinner, we’ll have a menu full of the good stuff. Chef’s pulling out all the stops with indulgent specials, we’ll be shaking up the usual suspects behind the bar (spirited or not), and it wouldn’t be New Year’s without a glass of fizz at midnight.

    There’ll be live music to see in the big countdown to 2026! And if you’re joining us for drinks in the bar, just pop down.

      Our Winter Specials

      Every Thursday to Saturday until 14th February.

      This winter, enjoy Fillet of Hailbut, served with Buttered Mash, Spinach & Citrus Butter Sauce for 36.00, or indulge in the comforting flavours of our Mushroom, Celeriac & Lentil Cottage Pie enjoyed with Olive Oil Mash & Winter Greens for 17.50.

      Perfectly paired with a glass of Albariño, creamy fruity white, with plenty of flavour and appealing underlying minerality, available by the glass as our wine of the season. Or if you’re feeling virtuous, pair with a Lucky Saint.
